After receiving the vouchers for the Rockies, I attempted to exchange a voucher yesterday. We discovered there was a problem with how the Rockies had them set up. They need to re-program some of their ticketing software and also reprint the vouchers with proper coding. They will not have replacements available until Tuesday May 8th or Wednesday May 9th. I will put out an email as soon as we receive them.
The Rockies apologize for any inconvenience.
